As with my recent coverage of the annual Syfy holiday party, I’m a little late in posting these photos from the second annual Idle Hands Bar heavy metal holiday bash. But hey, it’s a headbanging fiesta all year round for these folks anyway. Despite bone-chilling temperatures on Dec. 12th, we lured in dozens of people to eat, drink, and raise the horns. The event was co-hosted by Attention Deficit Delirium, Drumhead magazine, Metal Insider, and Horns Up Rocks. With our awesome giveaway bags, we raised nearly $265 for Rock To The Rescue, collected by our own Mrs. Santa, Heather Smith. A raucous time was had by all.

My Samsung phone output fails to perform, so I DJ off of Bram’s Spotify account.
Alas, I cannot play Spinal Tap’s “Lick My Love Pump” as planned.

Heather and Marc scream out the raffle prize options
over the boisterous crowd, which is hard to do without a microphone.
